Teletherapy

Currently, I am only offering telehealth sessions.

When circumstances with the current pandemic make it possible to offer in-person sessions I will begin seeing vaccinated clients in person. However, I will continue to offer both in-person and telehealth options in the future.

Rates and Insurance

FEE:  Please contact me for my current fee structure. Cash, check and credit cards are accepted for payment. Payment is due at the beginning of every session. Sessions are usually 50 or 75 minutes and are usually held once a week.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Once an appointment has been scheduled you will be expected to pay for it unless you provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation.

INSURANCE:  While I am not on any health insurance panels or accept insurance directly you may be able to get reimbursement for your sessions if you have coverage for “out-of-network” psychotherapy. Please check your coverage with your insurance company directly. Although payment is due in full at the beginning of each session, I am happy to submit electronic insurance claims monthly on your behalf or provide you with a superbill at the end of each month. To get information on reimbursement rates, contact your insurance and get the following information:

  • What coverage do you have for mental health services?

  • What is your deductible and how much of it has been met?

  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions your insurance permits?

  • What does your insurance pay for mental health services provided by an out-of-network psychologist?
